ENERWISE ZERODRAFT is part of the MARJA GROUP, a well established general contractor and real estate developer serving the Barrie and surrounding area since 1990. ENERWISE is family owned and operated. The group has built a strong reputation based on a commitment to excellence in everything we do. We pride ourselves not only in designing and constructing buildings that are efficient and attractive, but we provide exceptional real value to our clients. Using the resources and the highly competent and professional team of the group allow ENERWISE to pass on considerable savings to our clients.

The group is lead by Jacob Huyer who has over 30 years of solid hands-on experience with the construction industry. His experience includes design, project management, site supervision, field construction and management, cost analysis, procurement and purchasing. Mr. Huyer is an Electrical Technologist Graduate of Eindhoven College of The Netherlands. He is also a certified Welding Supervisor and a Master Electrician.

ENERWISE is a member of the Barrie Chamber of Commerce, The Better Business Bureau and the Barrie Construction Association.
